Joe Osborn joined the Tiger coaching staff in Fall 2024 after a successful playing career as a Tiger.

The 2022 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Player of the Year, Osborn was a four-time All-GPAC selection which included three First Team nods. He was named an honorable mention All-American in 2022. Osborn was essentially a five-year starter for the Tigers as his freshman season was cut short by the COVID pandemic. During his time, the Tigers won the GPAC regular season title in four consecutive years (2021-22-23-24).
