NAIA Champions of Character

Doane University, as a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), is a strong believer in the mission of the NAIA Champions of Character program.

There are five core values that the NAIA Champions of Character program are based on: integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership.

Doane's teams perform numerous acts throughout the year that meet the five core values. Several of the Doane Athletics teams have brought home the NAIA Champions of Character team award. Doane has also been named to the NAIA Five Star Institution Award several times.
