Learfield Directors' Cup

The Learfield Directors' Cup (formally the Sears Cup) recognized athletic programs for their performances on a national stage. Points are awarded for all NAIA Championships event and teams earn points based on national finish. Team point totals are based on a school's Top 13 scores but four of the scores must come from the sports of men's basketball, women's basketball, men's soccer, and volleyball.

Doane's highest finish came in 1998 as the instituation placed 14th with the highest scoring total coming in 2025 with 602.50 points.
