Roger Douglas has been involved with Doane Men's Basketball in many ways over the years, including the role of assistant coach. Following a stint as an assistant coach at Lincoln Southeast H.S. from 1967-1979, he joined the Doane men's basketball program from 1979-1985 under Doane Hall of Fame Coach Bob Erickson. He stayed involved behind the scenes over the years, supporting Tiger basketball. In 2016, he started to get back on the sidelines in a volunteer compacity for Coach Ian McKeithen, a role he continues to fulfill with the team today.
