Tabor Rallies to Down Men's Soccer

Men's Soccer dropped a 3-1 decision on Saturday evening in Hillsboro, Kansas, to Tabor College. The Tigers held the lead at halftime but the Bluejays were able to pick up three unanswered goals in the final 45 minutes of play.

In the 22' of play, Guillem Colom was able to put the Tigers on the board with a goal. It is his fourth of the season. Picking up an assist was Cesar Gonzalez, his second of the season.

In the second half, Tabor tied the game in the 64' and took the lead in the 70' of play. They added an insurance goal in the 87' for a 3-1 lead.

Doane finished the game with a shot advantage of 13-9. The Tigers had nine shots on-goal while the Bluejays finished with six.

Next up for the Tigers is the GPAC opener at Mount Marty on September 13 in Yankton, S.D.
