Men's Tennis played a double dip with No. 23 Mobile (Ala.) on Tuesday. The Tigers dropped the first match, 6-1, and were defeated in the second match, 7-0.
In the opening match, Doane won at No. 1 doubles as Jose Purizica and Diego Infante picked up a 6-2 decision. The Rams earned the team point by winning at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles.
In singles play, Purizca won at No. 1 over Juan Arias, 6-0, 6-4. Infante had a tight match, falling in a third-set tie-break, 2-6, 7-6 (8-6), 0-1 (3-10).
In the second match of the doubleheader, Mobile picked up wins in all three positions for doubles play.
