Tadlock and Hilkemann Compete in NAIA Marathon

Two track and field athletes traveled to Sacramento, California, to compete in the NAIA Marathon on Sunday morning. Jaden Hilkemann represented the Tiger women while Jacob Tadlock represented the men. The event was part of the California International Marathon.

Tadlock finished with a time of 2:49:07.0, posting a pace of 6:27 per mile. He finished 32nd of the NAIA competitors. Overall, he was 822 out of 9,626 runners, and 699 out of 5,757 male runners.

Hilkemann posted a time of 3:54:21.0, finishing with a 8:57 per mile pace. She was 31st of the NAIA competitors. Overall, she finished 4,899 out of 9,626 competitors, and 1,592 out of 3,848 female competitors.
