Women's Track and Field 4x400m Qualifies For Nationals

Women's Track and Field competed in a couple of events at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite on Saturday in Lincoln.

Headlining the day for the Tigers was the 4x400m relay team of Katie Vogt, Chaney Nelson, Kiley Hejtmanek, and Danie Parriott. The team posted a time of 3:53.17 to hit a NAIA national qualifying time. Their time is the seventh best in the NAIA this season and is the sixth best mark in program history.

Kyla Davis competed in the triple jump and placed seventh with a mark of 10.93m (35-10.50).

Next up for the Tigers is the GPAC Championships on February 14-15 in Mitchell, S.D.
