Volleyball returned to action on Friday in the late morning in Montana to take on Carroll (Mont.) in the third match of the season for the Tigers. Doane struggled to get on track in the match, falling in straight sets, 25-15, 25-11, and 25-13.
Kayden Schumacher and Taylor Sluka led the team with four kills apiece. For the match, the Tigers were limited to a -0.104 attack percentage. Camdyn Carpenter posted 12 assists in the match.
Grace Zeier led the team with 14 digs and Chloe Rose added nine. Hilary Hupp and Kate Roseland teamed up for the lone block in the match for Doane.
The Tigers have a short turnaround time as they take on Rocky Mountain (Mont.) in the next match of the day.
