Volleyball was at home on Saturday as they hosted No. 18 Midland. The Warriors jumped out early and were able to win in three sets, 25-15, 25-14, and 25-19.
Natalie Wood led the Tigers with six kills. Doane finished with 22 for the match. Camdyn Carpenter dished out 16 assists.
Defensively, the Tigers finished with 9.0 team blocks in the match. Hilary Hupp had five total blocks while Kayden Schumacher and Kate Roseland were in on four total blocks apiece. Grace Zeier finished with 15 digs to lead Doane while Carpenter added nine.
Doane will go on the road for their next two matches, first traveling to Seward to take on Concordia. The two teams will start at 7:30 PM on October 30.
