Bio

Cody Vance took over as Assistant Athletic Director for Community Outreach in August 2009. Cody is a 1982 Doane graduate and spent 27 years serving the Doane Admission and Advancement Offices before joining the Athletic Department.  He began announcing football games as a college sophomore and currently serves as public address announcer for football, volleyball, m/w soccer, m/w basketball, baseball, and softball. His duties within the athletic department range from game day management to community outreach and involvement. He also coordinates the NAIA Champions of Character initiative at Doane and the Doane Athletic Hall of Fame.
