Bio
Coach Sonia Almodovar joined the Tiger coaching staff in August 2022. Prior to Doane, she served as the head coach for Crete High School Cheer, guiding the Cardiinals to a state championship and two runner-up finishes.
A 2016 Doane graduate, Almodovar was a four-year member of the Tigers' competitive cheer team. She was a two-year captain and was the team's MVP in 2016.
